I ordered front leveling struts on a Friday evening but was concerned that it wasn't clear whether i was getting one strut or a set. I ended up ordering 2 just to ve safe. I called Monday when they opened to verify and the gentleman that answered the phone quickly answered my question and was able to fix my order as it was a set. There was zero hassle and because i had called prior to them having to contact me about my shipping preference he was able to use my overage to cover shipping and refund the rest. He was polite informative and happy to help. After the call ended he called me back a few minutes later to make sure that i didn't need rear shocks as well. I did not but the fact that he went above and beyond says alot about how you strive to take care of your customer right the first time. Thank you.
