Refund policy
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when received — uninstalled, unused, and unmodified
- In its original, undamaged packaging with all included hardware and components
- Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation
Important for automotive parts: Any part that shows signs of installation, modification, or use, including torque marks, thread sealant, gasket compression, or physical fitment attempts, is not eligible for return. We strongly recommend verifying fitment using your vehicle's VIN or engine code before installation. If you need assistance with verifying fitment, contact sales@northwesttoysllc.com.
Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Installed, used, or modified parts
- Electrical components once opened (sensors, wiring harnesses, relays, starters, alternators)
- Opened gasket sets or seal kits
- Special order and custom-fabricated parts (including made-to-order UZ swap components)
- Sale items and gift cards
Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 3% credit card processing fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs. Special orders and build-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at sales@northwesttoysllc.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization number and return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Defective items or incorrect shipments: North West Toys will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- All other approved returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns not due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
Damages and Wrong Items: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@northwesttoysllc.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item, and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at sales@northwesttoysllc.com.
