Shipping policy
Where We Ship From Orders ship from our warehouse in Waipahu, Hawaii, USA, or directly from our manufacturers. Whichever gets your order to you faster and at a lower cost.
Order Processing Time Orders are reviewed for fitment accuracy and payment verification before being released to our warehouse for shipment.
- In-stock items: Typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Special-order and build-to-order items: Processing times vary by product. Items marked as Special Order (including made-to-order UZ swap-fabricated components) typically require 2–4 weeks for shipment. Estimated lead times are noted on individual product pages. Contact us at sales@northwesttoysllc.com to confirm the current lead time before ordering.
- Back-ordered items: If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait, substitute, or cancel the back-ordered item. We charge shipping only when items ship. Back-ordered items are not charged additional shipping when they ship separately.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
US Transit Times: Transit time begins when your order leaves our warehouse and does not include processing time.

Weekends and holidays do not count as transit days per UPS, FedEx, and USPS policy. Sunday delivery is not available. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may require additional transit time beyond the estimates above.
Freight Shipments: Large or heavy items may ship via freight carrier rather than UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If your order qualifies for freight shipping, we will contact you before shipment to confirm delivery details. Freight deliveries require someone to be present to receive the shipment. Freight transit times vary by destination and are not included in the standard transit time table above.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the actual or dimensional weight of your shipment, your selected carrier, and your destination. We charge shipping once per order. If your order ships in multiple packages due to size or a back-ordered item, you will not be charged additional shipping for subsequent shipments.
International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs broker fees, import duties, and local taxes. We recommend researching your country's import fees for automotive parts before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Freight Damage or Loss: All shipments are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery — before the carrier leaves if possible. If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s)
- Contact us at sales@northwesttoysllc.com within 5 business days of delivery
Damage reported after 5 business days may not be eligible for a claim. We will work with the carrier to resolve damage and loss claims on your behalf.
Order Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time by logging in to your account at northwesttoysllc.com or by contacting us at sales@northwesttoysllc.com.
